Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use the VEXA Car Care website, request a booking or have your vehicle serviced by our team.

1.Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the VEXA CAR CARE website and the detailing, protection and care services we provide. By browsing this website, submitting a booking request or having work carried out on your vehicle, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or submit a request.

2.Definitions

  • “VEXA”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean VEXA Car Care and its authorised team members.
  • “Website” means this website and all pages and forms within it.
  • “You”, “customer” and “vehicle owner” mean the person using the website or requesting services, who confirms they are authorised to present the vehicle for work.
  • “Services” means the detailing, protection, correction, cleaning and related automotive care work we offer.
  • “Booking request” means an enquiry submitted through the website or another contact channel; it becomes an appointment only once we confirm it.

3.Website Usage

You may use the website to learn about our services, view our work and contact us. You agree not to misuse it, for example by attempting to access private or administrative areas, submitting false or automated form entries, interfering with its security, or copying its content for commercial use without our permission.

We may update, restrict or suspend parts of the website at any time in order to maintain or improve it.

4.Services

The services, packages and inclusions shown on the website describe our usual offering. The exact treatment for your vehicle is confirmed after our team reviews your request and, where needed, inspects the vehicle. Some work may not be suitable for every vehicle, surface, coating or paint condition, and we will tell you if that applies.

We may decline or stop work where the vehicle's condition, the customer's requirements or safety considerations make it unsuitable to proceed.

5.Booking and Appointments

Submitting the booking form sends us a request. Availability, the final scope of work and the appointment time are agreed once our team contacts you. Please provide accurate contact and vehicle details so we can prepare correctly.

Timings given are estimates. The duration of a service can change depending on the vehicle's size, condition and the treatment required.

6.Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about yourself, the vehicle and the service you are requesting
  • Confirm you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorised to present it for work
  • Disclose any existing damage, previous coatings, repairs, repaints or wraps, and any known mechanical or electrical faults
  • Arrive at, or be available for, the agreed appointment, and let us know as early as possible if plans change
  • Remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before the service

7.Vehicle Condition and Existing Damage

Vehicles are inspected before work begins so that the existing condition is understood and recorded where relevant. Pre-existing defects, such as scratches, chips, dents, worn or thin paint, previous repaints, failing clear coat, oxidation, trim damage, water ingress, mechanical or electrical faults and interior wear, remain the vehicle owner's responsibility.

Some pre-existing defects only become visible once dirt, wax or old coatings are removed. Where a surface is fragile or previously repaired, we may recommend a more conservative treatment or decline that part of the work.

8.Service Results and Limitations

Detailing, correction and protection work improves the appearance and protection of a vehicle, but it cannot restore a surface beyond what the paint, film, glass, leather or trim allows. Deep scratches, damage that reaches the primer or bare panel, structural damage, permanent staining, ageing plastics and worn upholstery may only be reduced in appearance rather than removed.

Protective products slow the effects of contamination and wear; they do not make a vehicle immune to damage, and the results achieved depend on the vehicle's condition, use, storage and maintenance.

Where a specific product warranty or aftercare period applies to a treatment, its terms are confirmed with you at the time of service. No other warranty or guarantee is implied by this website.

9.Pricing and Payments

Prices shown on the website are indicative starting prices in UAE dirhams (AED) and may change depending on vehicle size, condition, the level of work required and any additional treatments you request. The applicable price is the one confirmed with you before work begins.

Payment is not taken through this website. Accepted payment methods and payment timing are confirmed directly with our team when your appointment is arranged.

10.Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please contact us as early as possible so the slot can be reallocated. Any arrangement for rescheduling is agreed directly with our team.

We may need to reschedule an appointment ourselves, for example because of weather, workshop capacity or circumstances beyond our control. In that case we will contact you to agree a new time.

11.Pick-Up and Drop-Off Services

Where a pick-up and drop-off option is available for your location, the arrangement, timing and any applicable conditions are confirmed with you in advance. The vehicle must be legally roadworthy, insured and registered, and you must authorise our team to move and drive it for the purpose of collection, delivery and the service itself.

Please remove personal belongings and valuables before collection, and make sure keys and access details are handed over to the assigned team member only.

12.Customer Property and Personal Belongings

Please empty the vehicle of documents, electronics, cash, jewellery, child seats, tools and other personal items before your appointment. We are not responsible for items left inside a vehicle. Where items must remain in the vehicle, tell our team so they can be handled with care or left undisturbed.

13.Vehicle Access and Inspection

By presenting your vehicle for service, you authorise our team to access the interior and exterior, open panels and compartments as needed, and move or drive the vehicle within our premises or between the agreed collection and delivery points, solely for the purposes of the service.

We may photograph the vehicle before, during and after the work for inspection records and quality control. Photographs are used publicly only in an anonymised form, for example without visible number plates, and we will not publish images identifying you without your agreement.

14.Liability and Limitations

We carry out our work with professional care and using products suited to each surface. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or defects, for the failure of previous repairs, repaints, wraps or coatings applied by others, for mechanical or electrical faults not caused by our work, or for indirect losses such as loss of use, time or income.

If you believe an issue has arisen from work we carried out, please contact us promptly and allow us to inspect the vehicle so the matter can be reviewed fairly.

15.Intellectual Property

The VEXA CAR CARE name, logo, branding and visual identity, together with the text, photographs, layout and design of this website, belong to us or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written consent.

16.Website Content

Service descriptions, gallery images, articles and prices are published for information. Images may show results achieved on specific vehicles under specific conditions and are not a promise of an identical outcome. We work to keep content accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every detail is free of error or omission.

18.Privacy

Information you submit through the website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it to understand what we collect and how it is stored and used.

19.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions as our services or the website change. The current version is always the one published on this page, together with its “Last updated” date, and continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.

20.Governing Law and Contact
